The brief
StaffBridge places candidates with companies, so it has two audiences at once. Employers need to trust it with a hire; job seekers need a reason to join the StaffBridge Talent Network. The brand had to feel like it was on both of their sides, and be recognisable before anyone reads the handle.
The mark
Four people of different sizes, arms raised and linked, their bodies looping into the arches of a bridge. It is the agency's job in one picture: people joined into a team that holds something up. The tagline says it plainly: "We build teams that build success."

Into the feed
The social work carries the identity straight through: navy and cream from the logo, the compact lockup in every top corner, and a feed that serves employers and job seekers side by side.
The feed, as followers see it

One message for employers, one for job seekers, in the same system
The system
Deep navy and warm cream, with a red accent saved for the words that sting ("Losing money?", "Zero interviews"). Condensed, oversized headlines carry the hook, a real person carries the emotion, and a fixed footer with the handle and email makes every post work on its own when it is shared.

A recruiter's-eye video on CVs, and an interactive story poll

The feed
Checklists, myths vs facts, interview advice, job posts, a client testimonial and the occasional meme. Mixing practical help with a little humour keeps people coming back between vacancies, so the agency is already familiar when they need it.
