The brief
Lovebox connects people to the ones they love through thoughtful gifts, shared experiences, bill payments and timely reminders for special moments. Its mission is to make love and care tangible through small yet meaningful gestures, and the brand had to feel just as warm: affectionate, playful, reliable, romantic and honest.

The mark
The logo is a gift being wrapped with love: a box with a ribbon tied into a heart on top. The first version placed the heart roughly on the box, a little imperfect on purpose. After review it was redrawn so the heart sits optically aligned with the box beneath it, still hand-tied, just more considered.

Voice and imagery
Lighthearted, intimate and conversational. Notifications read like a friend checking in ("Lovebox misses you! Send a little joy today."), and imagery stays real: unfiltered photography, close-up moments of hands, hugs and shared looks, soft shadows and warm light.

Lovebox Cards
Lovebox Cards is the sister product: custom digital cards for anniversaries, birthdays and random love, with a voice note, a video or your own handwriting, delivered instantly. Its mark swaps the gift box for a card with a hand-drawn heart, drawn in the same Persian Plum so the two products clearly belong together.

Social
Across both products, the social work runs on the same few moves: Persian Plum and Golden Hue backgrounds, a big conversational headline, the app or a card in hand, and a nudge to download. Some posts sell, some just ask a question ("What's your primary love language?") and let the community answer.

The outcome
One family of brands, built on a single idea: love shown through small gestures. Lovebox and Lovebox Cards share a palette, a voice and a hand-tied warmth, so whether someone is paying a bill for their mum or sending a voice card across the world, it feels like the same caring friend.
